A sophisticated PID algorithm ensures thermal stability regardless of working conditions and coffee serving frequency. Precise temperature control directly on the coffee groups ensures optimal extraction of different types of coffee, providing excellent and consistent results.
Key features according to usage
Home Range
The temperature of the coffee and steam can be adjusted in 1°C increments, with a thermal stability of ±1.5°C.
Professional Range
The professional models allow independent adjustment of each coffee group in 0.1°C increments, controlled by a high-speed NTC sensor. Machines with dynamic preheating system achieve exceptional thermal stability of ±0.5°C.
The temperature of the steam boiler is also controlled by a PID system instead of electromechanical pressure switches, which reduces recovery time and results in a greater amount of steam, much more consistently and efficiently.
