Key Features According to Use
Home Range
The coffee and steam temperature can be adjusted in 1°C increments, with a thermal stability of ±1.5°C.
Professional Range
The professional models allow for independent adjustment of each coffee group in 0.1° C increments, controlled by a high-speed NTC sensor. Machines with a dynamic preheating system achieve exceptional thermal stability of ±0.5°C.
The steam boiler temperature is also controlled by a PID system instead of electromechanical pressure switches, which reduces recovery time, resulting in a much greater and more consistent amount of steam.
