Multi-Group System
In Multigroup machines, each coffee group and the steam boiler operate independently, each with its own autonomous heating system, safety mechanisms and precise temperature control via PID.
This allows the temperature of each group to be adjusted to a specific roasting profile, achieving significant energy savings, as each group can be activated only when necessary. In addition, the coffee groups are independent of the steam boiler, ensuring that coffee extraction remains constant, no matter how much steam is produced.
