Ascaso’s professional machines are equipped with a dedicated steam boiler that operates independently of the coffee groups. This ensures that the amount of steam produced does not affect the thermal stability of the coffee groups, and vice versa. Even during a high frequency of coffee production, the power of the steam remains constant.
Stainless steel
Steam boilers are made of stainless steel, which reduces metal migration and limescale build-up, extending the life of the boiler and making it easier to clean. Equipped with a PID temperature controller, recovery time is drastically reduced, resulting in a consistently increased amount of steam. In models with integrated thermal insulation, boiler energy consumption is reduced by up to 35%.
