Independent stainless steel steam boiler
High and consistent steam power
Ascaso’s professional machines are equipped with a dedicated steam boiler that operates independently from the coffee groups. This ensures that the amount of steam produced does not affect the thermal stability of the coffee groups, and vice versa. Even during high coffee production frequency, the steam power remains consistent.
Stainless steel
The steam boilers are made of stainless steel, which reduces metal migration and lime buildup, extending the boiler’s lifespan and making it easier to clean. Equipped with a PID temperature controller, the recovery time is drastically reduced, resulting in a much greater and more consistent amount of steam. In models with built-in thermal insulation, energy consumption of the boiler is reduced by up to 35%.
