Each group and boiler has its own self-contained heating system, safety features and precise electronic temperature control.

Dynamic preheating
It guarantees thermal stability, high energy efficiency and clean water.
It allows greater thermal stability, high energy efficiency and pure water in both continuous and intermittent use.
The water for the coffee clumps is heated in a U-shaped tube that goes into the boiler. In this way, the water does not come into contact with the water from the steam boiler, while it is heated to 80°C before entering the coffee group.
Control PID
Precise temperature control ensures perfect coffee, every time.
It offers adjustable control at the grade level, with an electronic thermostat and a sensor in the coffee group (up to 8 temperature selections, from 90°C to 106°C).
It guarantees stability of ±1.5°C during continuous or intermittent use, from the first to the last coffee. Traditional boilers with bimetal thermostats can deviate up to ±5°C.
PowerGuard
Adjustment of consumption to each need
The PowerGuard system allows you to adjust the maximum power consumption for locations with limited electrical capacity and enables the connection of the machine to both single-phase and three-phase outlets.
PowerGuard intelligently balances the power distribution between the coffee groups and the steam boiler, preventing overloads and ensuring safe and efficient operation.
