Multigroup System

The multi-group technology allows coffee groups and steam boilers to operate independently. Each group and boiler has its autonomous heating system, safety features, and precise electronic temperature control. Stand-by function for each independent group or the entire machine, using energy only for the parts in use. Extra safety: If one group encounters a problem, the others continue to function.

The water for the coffee groups is heated in a Ushaped tube that enters the boiler. In this way, the water does not come into contact with the steam boiler water, while being heated to 80°C before entering the coffee group.
PID Control
Precise temperature control ensures perfect coffee, consistently.
Provides adjustable control to the degree level, with an electronic thermostat and a sensor in the coffee group (up to 8 temperature selections, from 90°C to 106°C).
Ensures stability of ±1.5°C during continuous or spaced use, from the first to the last coffee. Traditional boilers with bimetallic thermostats can deviate up to ±5°C.
PowerGuard
Adjustment of consumption to each need
The PowerGuard system allows the adjustment of maximum energy consumption for locations with limited electrical capacity and enables the machine to connect to both single-phase and three-phase outlets.
PowerGuard intelligently balances the power distribution between the coffee groups and the steam boiler, preventing overloads and ensuring safe and efficient operation.
