Its ergonomic shape conveys a pleasant feeling of strength and sensitivity. Its 10º inclination facilitates its use and allows the portafilter to rest horizontally on the surface for perfect tamping of ground coffee.

We only use stainless steel portafilters (including single and double coffee outlets) in the entire Home Pro (Dream One/PID, Steel) and Professional (Bar, Baby T, Barista T, Big Dream) range.
We have stopped using brass and chrome for this key component.
The benefits are numerous:
Bless you. Stainless steel is the quintessential food-safe material. Even with low-lead brass, metals migrate into the drink. We also remove the chromium, which ends up in the cup. The traditional chrome-plated brass portafilter turns black internally within weeks, while the stainless steel one remains unchanged over time.
Quality of materials. Stainless steel is much harder than brass and its lifespan is much longer.
Cleaning. Much easier to clean and more resistant. Aesthetics. We have added several details to this portafilter to improve the appearance of the product:
- Laser-engraved interior marking
- Polished finish
- Logo on the handle
