Multigroup System
In machines with a multi-group system, each coffee group and the steam boiler operate independently, each with its own autonomous heating system, safety mechanisms, and precise PID temperature control.
As a result, the temperature of each group can be adjusted to a specific roast profile, and significant energy savings are achieved, as each group can be activated only when needed. The coffee groups are also independent of the steam boiler, ensuring that coffee extraction remains constant, regardless of the amount of steam produced.
